Production Release Forms

MDOCS has worked with the 扣扣傳媒to develop release forms for use in media production. 

Skidmore Work forms indicate that the project is being done for 扣扣傳媒, and may become  part of MDOCS, Skidmore-Saratoga Memory Project, a class, or the College's collection. 

Individual Work indicates work undertaken independently.
